About Product Exchange
Criteria for Accepting Exchange
• Little Princess Club promises to provide you with a “7-day Unconditional Exchange Service” . within 7 days of your receiving your purchase (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase). You can replace the products you purchased at our e-shop (littleprincessclub.com) for any reason or without any condition within 7 days of receiving your purchase (specific marketing events are subject to related terms and conditions). All products are allowed exchange only once, and the exchange can be changing on style and color.
Please make sure that the product for exchange is unworn and unwashed and meets the conditions for secondary sales. The following are three specific aspects:
•The item for returning/exchange is in a condition that can be sold again; the surface of the product has no scratches, damage, and is unused. The product should be kept in its original condition;
•The outer packaging is intact, the shoe box has no tears, graffiti, the shoe box is not wrapped around the tape or the courier face is posted;
•All related accessories (including warranty card, dust bag, etc.) and all gift sets provided must be included with your return.
For example:
Shoes: The outer packaging is intact, the shoe box has no tears, graffiti, the shoe box is not wrapped around the tape or the courier face is posted. The shoes are kept dry, clean and unwashed.
Clothes: All the authenticity tags and labels such as the washing labels are still attached as original (no tearing, disassembly); the product itself has no graffiti, stains, and unwashed.
Other products: The packaging and tags of the product should be kept intact (no tearing, no disassembly, no graffiti, etc.), and the product itself is intact.
If there is any damage to the product or its outer packing at the time of receipt, please contact the Customer Service representative for assistance.
“Exchange for any reason or without any condition” is limited to the following circumstance:
• The product has any manufacturing defects;
• The color, design model, and materials of the product are not consistent with the description on the website;
• The product is purchased in the wrong size or doesn’t fit;
• There are any problems in the shipping process;
• You dislike the product;
• You purchase a wrong product;
• You receive a product flawed or with any quality defects. Such product may be returned only in accordance with the return/ exchange procedure for defective products and will be subject to additional limitations;
• Some specific offers/promotion events may not be accepted.
Exchange Process
If you want to exchange your order, please make sure that your order meets the above “Criteria for Accepting Exchange”, You can choose the following options:
• Process your exchange at our website by the following steps:
1. Fill in the Product Exchange Form; input your contact info, the products you want to exchange, and fill in the reason for return.
2. Choose from one of the following ways to return the products:
1) Deliver the products at a S.F. Business Station (Pay by the recipient, we will pay for the delivery costs)
2) Self-arrangement on delivery (Pay by Sender, customer pay for the delivery costs)
3) Exchange at our shop personally.
Once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions, we will arrange the exchange as per your request as soon as possible.
• Please pack and seal your return securely in an undamaged bag together with the delivery slip and order form, and attaching with an exchange label on packing. (Please do not pack your return in the original see-through packing bag to prevent losing the products during shipping.)
Reasons for Unacceptable Exchange
Under the following circumstances, we will not be able to process your exchange :
• Products not meeting the criteria for “7-day Unconditional Exchange ”
• Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated
• Products with loose threads or crackings due to external scratches by hard objects, or internal wear and tear
• Damaged products due to use for longer than the service life
• Damaged products due to improper wash
• Products with color fading due to display
• Products with an unclean appearance
• Non-Little-Princess-Club products
• Products not sold on littleprincessclub.com
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfill certain criteria to be returned:
- Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
- Underwear: underwear items may not be exchanged or returned.
- Accessories: must be returned with the bag or the original cardboard packaging intact.
- Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
- Stationery: must be returned with the bag or the original cardboard packaging intact.
